Minor striking and impact

It seems that both minor striking, which is for 1 handers and impact enchant for 2 handers give the same stat; +1 weapon damage. Is this supposed to be a bug or will it stay in WoD for good.

Atm I'm really tempted to enchant my 2 hander with minor striking because it simply looks better and the same stats apply.

I think Minor Striking for 1h is actually 0,5 or something cause it doesn't even apply like the other 1 stat enchants like minor agility and stamina.
