account wide boas

I swear I head about Boas being account wide in MOP. So...how to transfer between f2p characters or is this not possible?

Looms became fully account wide in mop, meaning you could send to any server using mailbox, and yes you can send looms to f2ps they just cant open mail to actuelly get the looms. However looms will eventuelly become a part of the "collection" tab and youl be able to acsess ur looms without using a mailbox. When? Idk, maybe next patch.
