Yes they still drop from some of the mobs outside of the scarlet halls instance, that's the only place I can think of.

yup drops but if u dont wanna farm it and looking to buy it off the AH, u better have a fat wallet cuz that thing costs!

could ask old school twinks, used to be a decent hunter weapon. I know we had quite a few we handed out for mogging, still have a few left.
