Oceanic servers have been moved to Australia now.
Could some European players who have the US WoW client please test what their average latency on Oceanic realms such as Frostmourne/Jubei-thos, and also how much average latency they get on US servers such as Aerie Peak and Blackrock.

This would be useful for finding the best servers for EU players.

130ms from EU would be east coast. West coast would be a little higher. EU to AU is probably the worst ping you can get. It's on the other side of the world.

The time zone the server is running on is less important than its physical location. Try one of the LA servers. Not sure how up to date this is, but it gives you an idea of their locations: US realm list by datacenter - WoWWiki - Your guide to the World of Warcraft

I remember getting vastly different ping times from LA and NY, but it's been a while since I've tested myself. Routing could be an issue too.

Ok I didnt know that. Youre right, there are differences.
NYC datacenter: 130ms
LA datacenter: 180ms
