Rate my 70 frost mage

So made this mage. im going for as much spell power as i can (but i do still go for crit on some gems for shatters) - im on 957 spell power right now unbuffed. wanna try to push it to around 1100 if possible.
feel free to give me some tips on some gear. i do know im missing some. but anyways here it is

Only thing I could see that could possibly be changed is your current purple gems to this . Not much of a difference but if you believe every bit counts

Btw, would you use this set up for fire mage too? (Currently working on one and curious as to what people build for that, straight crit?)

As Fire you want ~50% crit and the rest goes into int.
