    • Logged onto my level 1 worgen today after resubscribing not too long ago, found out my festival suit Festival Suit - Item - World of Warcraft , has +9 health on it and i tried to enchant my other one but it wont let me. So im not sure whats up with that, and my frayed cloak is giving +4 all resistance now instead of +5 and resistance isnt working anymore. Its still letting me use my worgen racial traits which is a good thing, but what is odd is that resilience, pvp power, and resistance are not working anymore and I tried it too.

    Does anyone know if there are any other weird scaling items out there? on my old level 1 shaman it still says +3 to all stats on his level 1 starter robe, but it seems to be giving me +1 all stats. And this is on patch 6.3.

    You tested to see if magic damage was mitigated by resistance?

    I dueled a few level 3-5's in goldshire with my resistance cloak and i checked combat log and it never said anything was resisted, so i guess it no longer works.

    That's not how it works... resistance also decreases the dmg you take from spells. Or used to alteast. You should duel them again with and without the cloak and compare the numbers

    Ill try that, but i checked the "what happened to me", and it never said i resisted, unless they just removed that too but ill try again later.
