Leatherworking

The armor kits don't provide the armor anymore. If you re-equip the gear that had armor kits, you will only get armor from the gear.

So... my advice. Don't waste your time on Leatherworking. Not to mention Medium Armor Kit is the same value as Light, and neither scales in BG.

Unless you want the bragging rights (which is pointless IMO).

If you do want to do Leatherworking, just get Light Armor Kit and save yourself some time.

3 armor kits gives you about 0.5% extra dmg reduction to melee. Not game breaking but I can think of countless times where I survived a fight by a mere thread of life.

It looks like Medium Armor scales to 2... But the armor kits didn't raise any of my Armor or Bonus Armor at all. I don't know anymore.

Armor patch is for only "tank spec." now, not for DPS nor healer.

You have to be speced as a tank to get that "Bonus" armor.

Nope. I tested it on Brewmaster Monk. No Armor or Bonus Armor.

I know about the scaling. Medium Armor Kit scales to 2. But again. Pointless, since you gain nothing from it. Even tanks.

Also, some people's Medium Armor didn't scale to 2. I only saw one guy with +2 armor, so I know it scales.

Medium armor kit is till 1. Thats how it is for me.

I still do it as a thing to do, just for the little +1 and such.

But yeah, not useful outside of tank specs, really.

I tested it again on Protection Warrior. Now it works. So... Only works for Tanks with Medium Armor Kit. Light Armor Kit gives nothing.
