At the moment I'm not able to log into Wow, so could someone help me for a second. It will only take you 2 minutes.
I'm researching and calculating crit & haste for level 26, and building some sets on Wowhead. But since I can't log in, and the armory doesn't show stats (Atleast not for me),
I would really appreciate it, and I would return a favor if someone would log into a level 26 and check what 1 haste gives.

I'm assuming you're doing this for BG and the eventual arena scaling? If so you should know that even though the stats on your gear scale up in a battleground, that way you receive Haste and Critical Strike is the same of that for a level 29.

If not, a level 26 gets 0.23% Haste for each point of haste.
