Got bored and got up to ilvl 33 today.
Is it topable? If so, what gear do I need?

level 20 twinks with inferno robe could hit about 40 something, ive seen one guy with gloves that had the same ilvl as jutebraid gloves, but they gave spirit and stamina, and ilvl was same as jutebraid gloves. So im thinking maybe 40 something is the max

One of the two systems are bugged. Either in game or the site. I'm guessing the site seeing how wrong it is with many other stats.

Havnt looked much into your gear, but 2x AGM will give you a higher iLvl than 1

Ah okay my bad, thought it was the ilvl your characters level was
At level 20, Heirlooms got patched ilvl 25. So any items above lvl 25 would exceed an heirloom's ilvl.
Currently there aren't an BoE or dungeon gear that exceeds ilvl 25. Which means the only way to exceed ilvl 25 is using Quest items, event items, or vender items.
That being said, looking at the first post's SS; you can definitely exceed ilvl 33 seeing how half your gear has ilvl 25s.
