Green Lens (HELP ME!)

Hello, forums! I'd like to know if Green Lens still comes with a random enchantment? According to wowhead, the random enchantment bonus was reintroduced on the item in MoP.

Can anyone confirm? I don't want to waste mats on nothing. For reference: Green Lens - Item - World of Warcraft
