monks and pvp trinkets

i noticed on my f2p monk that the vendor who sells pvp trinkets in org doesn't offer to sell my monk a trinket
WTB confirmation about this thing. does the trinket vendor sell insignia of the horde/alliance to new f2p monks? or do the monks have to get their trinket as a loom?

All accounts have MoP attached. If you can't make a monk, you need to open a petition. Not every account has been updated yet, opening a petition will get them to do it on the spot.

All of my f2p accounts are linked to my p2p account, so I just RaFed a new f2p account to my main account and unlocked mop for the other f2p accounts that were already attached. If you're a pure f2p I would use kin's method.
