Well monks have the ability to port to "Peak of Serenity" at lvl 20 using zen pilgrimage. But you will be stuck there. Once you try to leave you will be ported back to the shrine. I believe if you get someone to fly you out on a two seated you could escape the return but I'm not to positive.
Edit: You can not get a p2p to fly you out. The Only way to get passed the "barrier" is to drown in one of the pools and get a p2p to mass rez you outside the "barrier".

Try to get to peak of serenity with hearth on CD and die.
Adk a 90 mage to teleport you, or tell some1 to use a DUNGEON summoning stone on ye.

can a lvl20 summon me via a stone? does it requires only one player?
2 players, didnt test but i think ye can. Having just a mage to port is fine.

You cannot use the stuck button to kill yourself out of it. There is a spirit healer inside peak of serenity.
You cannot spirit walk to another spirit healer and rez outside. You will be teleported back.
Using a hearthstone in the peak of serenity will put it on CD and not teleport you anywhere.
Those who enter the peak of serenity may never return.
