Cloth Caster Weapon / Chest enchants @28-29?

Just curious for updates on the current BiS enchants for chest and weapon.

Chests, it appears to be the best "+ stats" enchant, but there seems to be some confusion on which enchant scales best... Peerless? Exceptional? Greater? Etc. I'm currently running greater stats as it appears to give my char the best actual stat boost, even if the tool tips are wrong.

Weapon, I'm currently running major healing for the straight up no fuss +16 spell power. As a priest, losing inner fire (+10% sp) really hurt our damage and healing, and so I went to make up for it. Plus, I just love the yellow glow hah! But how is jade spirit? Does it still give 62 int / sp, or did it also get nerfed?

Btw, for those interested, it would appear that the best enchants for spell power are now major healing to bracers, and major spell power to gloves. Also, put on powerful enchanted spell thread to legs.

Currently Enchant Chest - Greater Stats +2 stats is BIS

For some reason this enchant is particularly buggy

+4 stats shown in enchanting list
+3 stats on gear tool-tip when equipped
+2 stats actual stats applied
+1 stats on tool-tip when item unequipped



I have created a whole list of Enchant scaling for 29 here (Only those with coloured usergroup titles can view atm)

Some of the info is incorrect as Wowhead scaling system isn't reliable, and the tool-tip in game is obviously broken atm. Once they fix things I will sticky a thread, and with some help hopefully we can update it pretty quickly.
