Would World PvP be better for us?

Think Ashenvale, Horde and Alliance duking it out in small skirmishes across the landscape as P2P's run through their quests walking with pride in their heirlooms, they've walked over many in the leveling bracket but now they face us and they may be 2 levels above, or even 9 levels above and they still fall with much to learn eager to exact revenge. Sure they might call in their p2p 90-100 it doesnt matter, their high level friends, eventually they show up and destroy us but know the tricks to evade being camped by them and you can return to dealing destruction in just a short time. queue and once it pops then you revive and -Poof! you are gone, or begin to logout and at 2 seconds left revive just in time to make a /rude.

Hillsbrad, cut down the horde P2P's in a land torn apart by conflict throughout Azeroth's rich history. Stealth is key. FOTM classes recommended. Opponents typically around level 27. They are quick to underestimate us.

Redridge, You'll feel like a 24 beating the snot out of these Alliance P2P level 17's. be sure to corpse camp them 2 at a time maybe even 3 at a time, screenshot if you get 4+ on lockdown solo.

With as much as I support world PvP (having played for 6 years on a PvP server) I still think that the current battleground system is much better for F2Ps now that scaling is working properly and we are on relatively equal footing. World PvP with no hit rating would be very difficult I think, and any time you tried to coordinate a world PvP event now, I'd be concerned that the same 29s we can go toe to toe with in battlegrounds would come out to smash us with their nine levels of no scaling.

This is the best time for us in F2P history as far as being able to play fair and balanced games in battlegrounds. That, combined with the fact that the number of available battlegrounds doubled--which many F2Ps have never even played before at other levels--means that we're unlikely to need to venture into the wilds any time soon.

World pvp with no incentives never works.

Best world pvp zones are always linked to the need people have to acquire something, it's either xp (questzones like hilllsbrad, stronglehorn), items (trinket of the stronglehorn arena), a door you have to enter to go to a dungeon/raid (woltk just killed that concept with the dungeon finder) or pvp stats (people loves stats ; kill count, pvp rank, etc).

If you promise me a good f2p community on ED, i'll reroll there today. Wpvp is a dream i wanna be part of, and truth be told, while i love the communities i'm "part of" ( i play so little that i'm not into anything, regrettably), i cringe everytime i see the "Normal" on my server's head.

You could establish a new PvP realm in the Korgath style but with W PvP as the focus instead of arenas. Or you could start an initiative to roll alliance on BWL. Hell, Ursin is an Alliance realm and they're linked to BWL.
