Super old Gf gear, still working?

Can anyone tell me if this super old gear still works, or if it's even BIS for 29s now?

I have a helm and legs that are still equipped but their required level has changed over the years. I haven't touched this guy in 4-5 years realistically.

Do these still work?

If not, can someone point me in the direction of a current BIS ret?
