Are the Northrend rep tabards becoming completely GF'd, or just for f2p? I am confuse.

Only for F2P's.

Since they are rewards from the reputation, and not the badges.

The badges was only introduced later in the game to skip the questing grind and ease the reputation gain for alts

I reffered to the rep tokens when I said badges

and they are gone completely as mentioned above
