Level 90 Talents at 70

Found something cool on ownedcore thought i should share it.

No level restriction on talents (level 90 talents at any level!)

Enjoy while it lasts

EDIT: usable at any level not just 70

Some info: It shows on your armory and not all talents work, they act as they normally would with procs etc and bug abusing is a perm ban got it on my 19 twink i picked ava and it works fine.
