BiS truly depends on your playstyle in the current game. For some, that may full on damage and really could care less if they get killed. For some, it may be be survivability.
There are many many factors involved in BiS. Solo queue, running with a group, strictly running 10 man premades, your team comp, opposing team comp etc... There is no "cookie cutter" BiS set.

I'm not going to lie, that was the best/nicest way of saying my gear is complete crap
but I respect that lol
