pvp power>agility enchants

pvp power is better than agility to cloak.

azure scale over armor of fang

use black wolf with greater assault

double argas is probably better but rings are fine if you don't want to faction

tail spike sucks, i honestly don't even understand why people use it

if you can't get pvp power to weapons, maybe get double dancing steels on shadowfangs 62agi>15 static


if you're going for glasscannon (full agility) then get:

Glowing Lizardscale Cloak with 9 agi(pref 12 pvp power)

keep armor of fang

keep bracers

put a dagger in mainhand for higher ambushes (scarlet kris is best)

pvp power enchants, if you can't get then i suppose 15 agility will suffice

same goes with rings, double argas or keep if you can't faction

6/6 monkey belt but doesn't seem worth giving up 5 crit for 1 agility

To answer your PvP power to cloak question. The best thing for you to do would be to get two cloaks. Add PvP power to one and test in out in duals. Compare it with one without PvP power. And then you will have your answer. Surely you can get a healer to let you beat on them a bit.
