I can't help but feel that you and many others fall into the "I press ambush and then proceed to eviscerate" category.gouge does not worth exp enchant. this bracers with right stats are too rare for enchant like this,
stats of the tiger are going to be best in next expansion. i give 10/10 really nice twinky !
On a more serious note, hunters make up a good portion of this bracket. Being able to gouge disengage 100% of the time is mandatory.
Who am I kidding you're probably loaded with faps and swift pots.

Your enchant can make 1/20 gouge to land.Other 19/20 are not dodged. Agi enchant improves you dmg really well. You can kill more players in shorter time. I AM SURE that agi enchant is bis.

Thanks for the input guys. Will definately try out expertise enchant as gouge is a really good ability when used correctly. I can see both enchants being extremely viable in their own way. My playstyle mainly revolves around killing efc / escorting fc, meaning 7 agi would generally speaking be my enchant of choice, but for some hunter / rogue - heavy enemy teamcomps I can easily see expertise being the strongest. Really appreciate the good advice anyways!

Any subsequent damage will cause the target to recover immediately. Poison applied on first strike does too. On this lvl you dont have Dirty Tricks - Spell - World of Warcraft talent.
45 energy is really big ammount. And what you use gouge for? Next interrupt, not stoping the hunter on disengage.
Good adive: stop replying, you're making yourself look like a fool. Or atleast someone that has never played rogue in low lvl brackets. Gouge is really affected against hunters if they get disengage off and you're not a nelf or whatever, you're fucking doomed. If you're able to gouge their disengage THEY'RE fucked. But on topic about the enchant: if you lose 9 agi you'll 'only' crit 800-1k on your ambushes instead of 820-1020, this won't make any difference. If you miss 1 Gouge on disengage you're fucking dead. It's like hit cap really.
On top of that it opens of very interesting ways to maximize your opener.
I have to agree with snack, gouging hunters during their disengage is priceless or goblin jump
