really... I download the PTR to test my level 1 twink, (in mop we were able to copy level 1-9's too) and i log on, copy, and all the characters are showing up, except for the level 1-9 characters 
Thats such crap, because you can make a level 1 on the ptr, but you cant copy your level for some stupid reason.
