Can you use the Goblin Rocket Launcher in arena or is the stun effect of the trinket disabled ?

It's really good against eg. Rogue reams because you can use the trinket while silenced, you if a Rogue garrotes you, you can turn around and stun him for 3s and force his trinket or simply shield up as garrote fades if he sits it.

I'm also wondering what the best enchant would be for a fresh 70 disc priest. Windsong maybe?

black magic (haste) pretty good imo jade and Windsong the only ones I've seen being used.

Black Magic or Spirit of Conquest (Jade Spirit) are the best for Priest. You could also play Power Torrent but imo it's not as good.
