Questions About WOD

With WOD coming soon I'm sure people have questions about what is changing, what is being added/removed, etc. I figured people could post here.

Some of my questions are:
Is there a decision whether 22 pvp power > Jade spirit for casters? 22 pvp power > Dancing Steel? 22 pvp power > Flintlocks. If you do try to answer this question, can you please use some evidence to support your answer. It may vary by class/spec but if someone could find out the answer it would be awesome.

Right now in beta, Spirit of Conquest (the 2200 version of Jade Spirit) gives 62 intellect compared to Jade Spirit which gives 12. I doubt it'll stay like this in live, but I'm wondering if dancing steel is the same way.

Also, if someone who has beta can look into the BoA Bow to see if it'll be better than the BoA Gun that would be excellent. Along with Grand Staff of Jordan to see if it could be better than Headmaster's Charge.

Currently, there is a thread that is posting gear changes in WOD. Although it isn't complete yet, here is the link: http://www.twinkinfo.com/forums/f12/wod-comprehensive-list-changes-60630/

I'll get into contact with some people that have Beta and ask them to contribute some of their findings. I'll edit what they say into this main post.

Edit:

@WatcherDev tweeted: Yeah, the JP heirloom vendors will charge gold, like the guild vendors already do.

I was given Beta from wowhead to test 19s so I'll be posting some results this weekend.

In the WoD Beta Dancing Steel still gives the same amount of Agility. The only big difference I noticed with twinks in general is the Stamina issue. Every class I play has over 2.5k health in the same gear set that I use now. A few things I first noticed on my Hunter was that Mend Pet, Hunter's Mark and Serpent Sting were all removed. Another change is that each Hunter pet gives a different buff to the Hunter. I checked a few different pets, and the best that I could find was +5 Agility from the dog around Tirisfal Glades. I did get a chance to compare the BoA gun to the bow and the stats to the gun are 5 Agility 9 Crit and 4 Resilience while the bow is 6 Agility 6 Crit and 6 Haste. Hope I was able to help you a little bit with the gear changes. :D

PvP power got way worse than in MoP compared to spell power / attack power enchants. Woodchucker is terrible, it gives basically 112 AP.

The heirloom bow was always better than the gun.

Grand Staff of Jordan is still worse than Headmaster's Charge.

Instead of just stating that, say it's been merged with revive pet

No evidence to support your pvp power claim, flintlocks is bis, gun is bis at the moment. You gave no evidence to support your bow claim or your staff claim. Also, mend pet is now merged with revive pet like Xercules stated.

I dont think, that you are right. Loom gun has higher dmg (slower speed) and higher crit. Yes, loom bow has more agility, but when u look at character info with gun and bow equiped, u will have more dmg and crit with gun and this is important, not AP.

Google weapon speed normalization. Look up what Explosive Shot and Serpent Sting scale with.

Heirloom bow also allows for even more agility from a second Signet of Argas.

The agility outweighs the crit and the minor difference in weapon damage (that doesn't affect half of your abilities at all).

Yes, I am right.

So it isn't worth even enchanting your weapons with the 22 pvp power?
