Thoughts on destro locks getting chaos bolt at level 10?

Noticed it myself the other day, and couldn't really find a reason too why, destros would get it that early. Seems a bit op imo

Just looked into this on Wowhead also, and it seems like they will get it as it looks like right now
I think its pretty cool, 3 sec cast as it looks like right now (no haste) could be a bit to slow in duels etc, but in bg's they will have more time and getting a chaos bolt of could be very very killing

jk bout last post rogues getting nerfed . but imo as a main lvl 90 warlock i think u guys will need to play with haste since u wont have time to cast it without haste . so imo you will need to be balancing haste/crit/spellpower to maximize your dmg..

Yea, 3 sec cast will probs to to long since under this 3 sec you might be dead befor getting Chaos Bolt of,
tho with healers and in WSG 5v5-10v10 full Sp/crit or what ever other stat that could work best,
3 sec cast could be one shot. And really usefull

too bad chaos bolt hits like a wet noodle until you have mastery at level 80.... it hits about the same as incinerate crits so unless you NEED the crit incinerate will be better.... although this could change come wod im talking as of now

Yes, this thread is about warlocks getting Chaos Bolt at level 10. This thread exists in the 10-14 twink bracket, which is most likely going to become the 10-19 twink bracket in WoD.

Do you think it will be wise to stay at level 10 as a twink?

It's almost definitely going to be better in every situation to hit the max level in a bracket. At which point your Destro rotation will be Incinerate spam > Fear > Chaos Bolt spam, with Conflags all day to finish people. Unless Chaos Bolt ends up like Soul Fire and does terrible damage at low levels (to the point where it's not useful).

Yes, about getting Chaos Bolt at level 10. Which currently has ramifications for everyone between level 10 and level 42 (all the people who didn't have it before).
