Ok so i've been blowing some dust off my old 19 rogue twink and updating all the gear and enchants, but my professions pre-date the skill cap change added in wotlk, so my skinning and herbalism caps are both over 225, (cap is set at 450).
Currently my lifeblood is at rank 5 (369 skill) and my skinning MoA is at rank 4 (350 skill).
MoA rank 4 (+12 crit) requires level 25+, so its supposedly not activated at level 19, though when i unequip all my gear i still have +5 crit rating somehow, instead of the +9 of rank 3. Is it possible that MoA rank 4 is somehow still active, yet downscaled from 12 to 5 rating??
Another thing is, Lifeblood does not seem to require a certain level to use, i can use rank 5 at level 19 for 108 haste rating. I could possibly even level it up to 450 for 288 haste rating, yet i am hesitant because who knows if some kind of level restriction will come if i reach the next rank in lifeblood.
Anyone have any experience with this after re-activating your twink after the profession skill level caps were introduced?
