I can say with complete honesty i've never played it. I've read enough about it, pros vs cons that pushed me away from it. If something looks awful, and is awful... wait a minute..

I'm extremely confused why people are worried about this.
If Skirmishes are available to F2Ps, and for some reason P2Ps can't enter them, then yay!
If Skirmishes are available to F2Ps, and P2Ps can enter them, then leave games against P2Ps.
If Skirmishes are not available to F2Ps, we can queue battlegrounds and hope for scaling to be OK.
If Skirmishes are not available to F2Ps and battlegrounds are horrible, then go find another game or do world PvP.
Not super complicated. Do what's fun for you. If WoW isn't fun anymore, go do something else!

Every guild i played w/ fell apart because camping players who have no chance loses it's interest. Were talking pre lolcata. That instant i win button doesn't do it for everyone. Especially for those quick on the uptake. Ofc if you are really awful, then your time to shine is about to make its debut. Funny how circles work. The more things change, the more they stay the same.

I think I've stated this before, but, anywho:
Trials stat scaling will most likely be off the walls stupid with a 20-29 bracket.
Blizzard introduced the scaling to make things fair for lower level players.
With the removal of hit, players will have to be scaled up in order to land blows on enemy players.
A level 20 players stats will likely rival that of a former, decently geared level 24, and that's just ballpark estimate.
I'll work on moving characters over later in the week, but yeah. Just a thought from a pure number standpoint.

Oh, and I've heard skirmishes will work like wargames does now. If you're XP locked you can't enter

Now lvl 29 hunters will be able to see you in stealth from across the field (gy to gy) without using Hunters Mark......
