I don't see the issue. They knew how to get up there, your team did not. Level does not matter, nor does being a trial or subscriber. That equals that those players either had more knowledge, more experience or both. It seems you have some catching up to do.
I suggest you learn those jumps. No use shaking your fist and crying foul at your own lack of knowledge. You only have yourself to blame. What are you waiting on? There are plenty of vids out there! Hop to it...

Well, there ya go, you know how to do it. Then why didn't you get up there? He was prepared with an item that is available to everyone. Some choose not to purchase TCG items. I for one do not purchase TCG items. All you had to do was get your team to focus them down and they would have died, simple as that. Teamwork trumps gear every time. Just ask any trial premade that defeats a subscribed PuG. Next time RALLY the troops instead of bemoaning the person that outplayed you. Step up and be a leader!! I have faith that you can do it.
Just remeber it was only one game.
