WTB Muti/Hemo macro

I occasionally switch between Assassination and Subtlety on my rogue and I was wondering if there is a macro that casts Mutilate when in Assassination and Hemorrhage in Subtlety. I am far too lazy to switch them up in my action bars. Too much effort in the long run.

Also, what works best vs Tyrkysovej when your team is retarded as fuck, doesn't listen to kill orders and you don't feel like AFKing?

Download addon "Action Bar Saver". Type "/abs save xxxx" (xxxx - name of file) for saving positions of your spells and then type "/abs restore xxxx" to restore postions of your spells.
