You can't /who 19 in the beta.

prob cuz some ppl grp q and the system cant make it field a 10v10 cuz itd be forced to let a grp who qd later get in b4 soloq plyers qing earlier

i didn't know that was their reason.....which is even more flawed, they could have blocked the add-on, force it to be modified, or no longer allow it in the game. they have done it in the past.

Except you can just write a macro and manually spam low levels with guild invites. There is no way to stop that other than making it impossible to find them.
