Well, Crit is actually extremely important for a shaman, So i think that would be BiS and i will get AGM asap. And Powertorrent is just INT so i think haste+Crit is better. The 9 int stuff is nice, but there again thats more of a boomkin setup, ele shams are 100% crit dependent!

IMO - hotshots , pvp power on cloak. Int trinket instead of tyranny trinket. For the most max Dps/High crit set you can get with heavy borean armor on chest.
