RoP id say 5k -10k is an average price more valuable on horde side due to no ellos band quest on horde side . As for Petros 1k - 2k max unless depends if you know how to glitch armor kits on them if you don't, they are useless if you can your looking at the best agility glass canon pants a 24 sub rogue can use.
WOD -
Rop precision may soar all depends if agility wearers are trying to go with a crit set , such as rogue with ass spec only ( crit build) or hunters (crit build). Petros depends how it scales in 20-29 bracket may make a comeback if Blizzard unsoulbound armor kits or knows glitch.

i think crit will always be a plus and the armor patch glitch? im p2p so i dont need exploits to add patches to them

You will, because the addition of an armor kit will bind the pants to the level 80+ toon required for said armor kit.

ROP will be only valuable to lvl 20 twinks. or lvl 21 gc ww monks so you have a very narrow market.
i honestly wouldnt expect you to get more than 2 k for it even on a f2p server.
petro spill may be worth more if they fix the patching glitch because the effect of agi is increased in wod so it will be bis.
id just drop ur rop on ah for 2k and enchant your petrospill but dont equip and just hold onto them (if they become bis and somebody doesnt have them cause glitch is gf'd u will be able to ask redic prices.)

Petros will get soul bound unfortunately. In this bracket u don't really need glitch pants unless u Premade 10 vs 10. I don't really like helping with making 24s these days more OP. Since I started a few months back playing a p2p with restrictions and a f2p.
