Is Shadowfang any good for 22/24 monk? and if not its there any way to get it unbound?:x boost to 90 etc

boosting to 90 makes dungeon Boe drops at a high successful rate unbound. Unless they fixed it.

My understanding is shadowfang is bis offhand at lvl 20 for monk n rogue with scaling and at lvl 21 outlaw is better for monk offhand and BVB is better for rogue offhand. I maybe wrong but id say only at lvl 20 is the only option for shadowfang but only for offhand.

It's been successful if you boost that toon that has it. All ur dungeon boes become unbound. Unless they fixed it. You can also tell blizzard u accidently lvled ur monk to 21 and have them send it to a new monk at lvl 1 then lvl it to 20, but that will take help from a GM.

When you boost to 90 everything in your inventory gets mailed to you. Everything that is BoE will show up in the mailbox as BoE. As soon as you take it out of the mailbox it binds to you most of the time.

You have to get really lucky with RNG for it to still be boe when removing from the mailbox.
