Level 10 worgen

Basically as title says, im wondering how to get the Marshalling point dagger on my level 10 worgen twink im creating without going past lvl 10. any help appreciated

do recruit a friend with a F2P account and summon yourself out to lock exp then summon yourself back/hearth... the same works with other races i did the worgen starting zone on a panda warrior... you must be goblin though to be able to get the blue items on horde
