So I am running Gnomeregan on my 90 and came across this, It doesn't even show that it drops on wowhead.

No, the suffix. of Blocking doesn't even show up on wowhead.
theres a few charged rings that doesnt show up on wowhead. Nor am i sure they still drop.

Saw a guy 4 int 4 stam 4 hit. There's loads that aren't on wowhead. Chillax.
What does block do exactly? Would this be BiS for tank specs? & does this item so up in the link you sent me to look up haste gear?
For shield wearers it gives them a chance to block some or all of the damage from a melee strike.

Several unique ones with suffixes that drop that are not on wowhead. Nothing new.
With the WOD changes though they have potential to be BIS.
Also noting the same potential outcome on Heavy Silver Ring's is possible on Charged Gear's excluding single main stats of 8, and resistances ofc.
Though in WOD i believe Charged Gears will become 8+ main stat.
I have a 4 int 4 Stam 4 Hit Heavy Silver Ring & a 8 AP 4 Stam 4 Hit - Will get converted to either haste or crit (potential BIS?) And being BOE they are tradable.
EG:
The ring that is displayed is being changed to 3 or 4 stamina/ 4 attack power / 3 of 4 crit. Which is still not better than the 8 or 9 agility charged gear of agiWith the WOD changes though they have potential to be BIS.

ity. Since 1 agility in WOD = 1 attack power. But attack power on items have been reduced.
For a crit build for an agility class. I still think dpr which has stam/crit/haste paired with charged gear of the tiger or even ring of precision which will be agility n crit in WOD. IMO

Attack power on current items gets halved to match the AP value changes to main stats.
The rings are going to be 4/4/4, charged gears are going to be 8, 5/5, and ROP is going to be 5Agi 3 Crit. (all can still change)
These are well rounded rings, not to mention BOE.
Until we fully understand the changes with AP & Stamina being effectively doubled, and crit damage being halved, nothings definite.

Whats the easiest way to get these rings on a 24? Do you need a ton of runs or can you solo as a 24 if fully geared?
I havent seen this ring either.
ive solod it on a poorly geared resto druid. just took forever.
