Hacked and Banned. What to do?

Hello fellow Twinkers.

Today i decided to log on my other acc (wich i haven't used in a long time) where i have 2 trials on and one paid. Np with that. But then i found out, that my WoW3 (the paid one) has been hacked and banned. So i decided to change passwords and everything. Now i'm just waiting for a GM to read my ticket and hopefully unban me. Though, i have another problem. I forgot what my answer to my secret question. So i'm sorta worried about the result.

I really suck at making myself clear when speaking or english, so if anyone can come in with something nice to say, helpfull stuff to convince the GM that i am the true owner of the acc(wich i am) or anything else helpfull would be nice.

There must be some sort of none photo ID they'll except. In the UK if you're under 18 you can use your birth certificate.

Do you have a bank account? Even if there's no money in it you can ask for a statement, that should have your name an address on it.
 
Happen to have any Key Codes you used to make these accounts?

Even though you do not speak english well you might want to try calling, I have had the problem happen before also and a simple call verifying all my other information allowed them to by pass my security question.

I do have the key code, and yah, i could try and call them.
