You can't reliably kill healers because of the time between shield slams, but crit shield slam can surprise chunk people

My prot warrior f2p can kill healer with 2 lucky crits, when healer doesnt have insignia. I am pandaren full str/ crit on aliance. The combo is realy easy. First you need to have right talent.
Double Time - Spell - World of Warcraft
Charge has 1,5sec stun targer after use
1)charge + shield slam(6sec cd) Shield Slam - Spell - World of Warcraft
2)wait 1,5sec (4,5sec cd on slam)
3)use
Quaking Palm - Spell - World of Warcraft
4)Run away from sleeping char (0,5sec cd on slam)
5) charge him again
6) wait 0.5 sec (shield slam possible!)
7) you have 1second to end the job!

You're also hoping they don't have giant health bars.

Most BiS F2P healers tend to run in the 2000-2100's.

I'm at 2279 on my Rdruid in my standard set.

Your best bet would be on priests, due to low armor.

Or on undergeared people, who I assume you're mostly referencing with this.
