In God, and in "a god" are two different things. If one does not believe in a god, they are therefore considered, by definition, an athiest,

Definition of athiest: "a person who disbelieves or lacks belief in the existence of God or gods."

First off please start spelling Atheist correctly, secondly, An Atheist is those who deny the existence of anything spiritual. I guess if you consider disbelieving as denying then you could lump everyone into a catagory. I for instance do not believe but at the same time I do not deny that their might be something out there. Thus I am considered Agnostic. I do not believe in God or Gods, but I am not an Atheist
