I recently picked up a pair of Raven's Claws. This beauty has been GF'd for quite some time now, and appears on the AH only a few times a year. Since Heavy Borean can't be applied to BoP items, this is the BiS item for a cloth stam build.

I'm willing to trade this rarity for interesting gear (gf'd or just rare things), TCG items or gold on Aggramar (A).

Can you prove it with an ingame screenshot? Because its 3int 3stam on every server I've checked. Just like "of the Whale" is 3stam 3 spirit. Never seen this claimed 4stam 4int-version.

They were nerfed to 3/3 along with alot of other items at MoP release prior to that they gave 4/4.
