The tournament will be hosted on Stormscale and the gold will be rewarded on Stormscale.
Prizepool will be 5k gold to the winning team, Captain rank in SPC and your names in MOTD for the rest of the weekend.
RULES:
- ONLY WHITE WEAPONS, NO WEAPON ENCHANTS.
- NO DOUBLE CLASS COMPS.
- NO SPRIESTS.
- NO ALLY.
- NO DOUBLE HEALER COMPS.
- NO HUNTER / ROGUE COMPS.
Hope to see you there, to enter without being a part of SPC, message me in-game on Stormscale or write in the comments with your partners and your own In-game names.
Lets see if you can keep your own hunter rules this time haha

White weapons? huh? U just mean unenchanted weapons? And to be fair, rogues should be banned too.
Nice initiative! Looks good! A few questions tho. If you participate while not being a part of SPC, do you still get the 5k and just not the rank? Secondly, are there rewards for 2nd and 3rd place as well? Thirdly, when is this tournament being held? Lastly, what type of competition will this be (single-elimination, double-elimination, etc)?

You'll get the gold, just not the rank if you're not a part of SPC. The type of competition is still being considered. =] I'm considering single-elimination, but it all depends on how many participants I'll be able to get.

They oneshot even tho they are using white weapons, while other classes don't.
5 July? Isn't that a bit soon? I understand that most SPC people have their chars ready, but I'd like to play as well, however I need to level and gear a new char. Wouldn't it be wiser to do it next week? To give people some more time to gear and get ready.
I could join on my ele on Draenor, will need a partner tho ^^

They can still oneshot, which is what I want to avoid. A spriest can oneshot and therefor win an arena fight even tho it's behind in CDs, pressure and just generally performing horrible.
I actually like the rules and now that I know exactly what you have in mind I think it will be quite good.
