Soo, uhh. If you read the patch notes its clearly states that this applies too non-rated battlegrounds/arena as well.

Pretty sure this is broken still. I've left bgs and had it not even apply the debuff. As for getting into the same bg, id be interested in knowing that as well.

AFKing is ruining the game for to the point I rarely get into a fresh game on Alliance or Horde. At the first sign of a cap. BAM.. AFK... Then two then three terrible...
Grow up people. It is just a game.

Then people would simply AFK and be disconnected and inactive while they log to their alternate account. The current system is the best solution to a human problem that is not going away. The best and worst of any MMO are the people playing it.

I have recently quit numerous games, and many of those I did not get a debuff at all, and could instantly join another BG.
