Imo you have too high crit for a boomkin but I guess thats just my personal preference.
This is my boomkin build, tho I havent played a lot of pugs.

Requires level 26
You have a 30% chance when you deal critical periodic damage with your Moonfire or Sunfire to instantly reset the cooldown of your Starsurge and cause its next cast within 12 sec to be instant. This chance is reduced against multiple targets.
Below 26 lvl, the most important for boomkin is spell power.
When you calculate starsurge dmg :
Starsurge Level*24
15.5% of base mana
40 yd range
2 sec cast
15 sec cooldown
Requires Druid (Balance)
Requires level 12
You fuse the power of the moon and sun, launching a devastating blast of energy at the target. Causes*175 to 241*(+ 238.8% of Spell power) Spellstorm damage to the target and generates 20 Lunar or Solar energy, whichever is more beneficial to you.
At 220 spell power and 25% crit : dmg of 100 starsurges PvE (at pvp *0.6)
(175 to 241+2,388*220 )*(75+2*25) € <87545 ; 95794>
At 270 spell power and 18% crit : dmg of 100 starsurges PVE (pvp *0.6)
(175 to 241+2.388*270)*(82+2*18) € <96731 ; 104519>
All dmg is increased by lunar or solar bonus and power torrent proc.
Ofc crit is op, but still max spell power seems to be 8,8% better.
