Back to topic, before it any more side tracked as the above poster is proned to doing. With very little effort you can just level up a toon to 25 to get glyphs and the added satchel necks and gloves.

leaving my rogue at 24 i also have a 20 and 29 waiting so i can test scaling myself, i think thats the way to go

Once the open beta phase begins in several weeks, we will have a better idea on how everything will work out for us. Until then, alll all one can do is collect glyphs, a few BoEs, multiple copies and all of the heirlooms(who knows how the tab will work exactly) and enchants that we think we may need ahead of time.

Just roll a new 29, keep your 24s as they are m8. Rolling a new 29 doesn't take long at all, and you won't have any regrets over leveling something.
