Hello there. I'm trying to make my 24 druid white themed but I'm having a hard time finding a pair of white colored leather pants. I'm also having trouble finding a pair of suitible cloth boots for level 1-24.

Not perfectly white, but here are some white-ish pieces you might consider:
Leather Pants:
Waterproof/Discarded Troll
Embossed Leather
Or if you follow Artonkn's advice and go with cloth:
Unbound/Verdigris/Rygna-Silk/Archaeologist's
Cloth Boots:
Moccasins of the White Hare
Trogg-Slayer/Wolf Fur
