Sure they do. There is a whole market just for transmogrification. I personally don't bother with too much. But some people rather enjoy it. I have seen shields and weapons sell for tens of thousand of gold. Just two weeks ago I sold a blade of wizardry for 18k and a skullflame shield for 12k. Even some of the lowbie shields can fetch top money. ie: Hulking Shield

But none of this has nothing to do with transmogrification, of which this thread is supposed to be about. It is a shame that many BiS classes are unable to have good transmog sets do to the heirloom armor restrictions.
