Getting prepared for 29's (Horde)

Hey folks, I'm pre-ordering WOD tomorrow and I am going to be playing on a horde server. I have about 500,000k a little over, and I'm looking to start stocking up a guild I bought on the server I'm on.

Question's I have.

What items / dungeons should I be farming that will be worth value for 29's
Will the enchant's still be the same? Which enchants should I farm?

I'm not looking to start up a guild right now, i'm just looking to start farming BOE's and enchanting matts so i can furnish everyone gear when WOD hits.

I have a 90 mage with enchanting and tailoring so I already have A BUNCH of stuff already made, just curious to see what I should keep an eye out for.

These are the two I have been collecting. Too bad the cap is lvl 28. It won't scale.
I have also been collecting inexpensive necks too just in case we can enchant those and sone gloves for glove reinforcements.
