EF hands down plus herbalism = Win and fun spec
EF is a RPPM x 2 weapon enchant = 10 rppm x2 = 20 guaranteed procs per minute not including haste and Poison increases proc rates.

fairly certain haste wont increase the speed btw procs. rogues get energy reg from haste.

We changed RealPPM to use your true melee haste or spell haste (whichever is higher) to scale the proc rate instead of attack speed or casting speed. The difference is that things that buff your attack speed (such as the raid buff or [Slice and Dice]) do not increase the frequency of RPPM procs. True haste boosts, such as Bloodlust or haste rating on gear will improve proc rate. We felt this change was necessary to balance proc rates among different specs.

Yes, yes. You are correct, I fear I phrased my self incorrectly, what I meant to say was I don't think it will decrease the time between your poision ticks.

This is from real in-game experience on my 20 f2p 2k hp (in bg) resto druid.
Rogues that open on me that use DS never manage to kill me. Big ambush, then I jump away.
Rogues that open on me that use EF always kill me. Big ambush + EF procs + poison applies. If I am not already dead by this point I jump away, EF procs off of poisons. I die.

I played 19s as long as anyone on this forum. started 2007, that has nothing to do with ele force vs dancing steel considering it wasnt even around

I'm giving an example of a creditable flag returner in Ass spec from the 19 bracket. No one asked how long u played 19. Ur response offered nothing to this thread to help a rogue with a question.
If there happens to be a thread on how to flag return with 2-3 rogues / chain ambushing, since u can't solo an EFC. We will seek ur help / advice.

Assa is way better at 19 than 20-24 since at 19 you have muti and evis instead of muti and envenom.

You are correct. 19 ass spec is best and 24 sub is best. But was only explain if u run Ass spec what enchant should be used also why it should be used. So many people say what to use but don't explain y.
