So what's the deal with the * Take Four Bases* quest.

According to wowhead this quest was obtainable at level 20 before blizzard removed all the defilers quests. Would it be possible to receive this quest from somebody via quest sharing?

Are you sure that you're not confusing the Take Four Bases quest with the (often shared) The Battle for Arathi Basin! quest?

By the lack of responses I'm gonna assume that a)nobody has the quest in his log anymore or b) the quest was never available to 20's in the first place.

Also what's up with arathi basins not popping in the morning/noon/early after noon ?

I have a feeling that blizzard will do something in that direction sooner or later. Maybe make alterac available at level 20 or maybe change the max level for f2p's.
