People are unable to play by the rules, they need to cheat their way through game masters. This was your mistake, learn to take it like a man. Why would you get a favor treatment while everybody else won't?

His mistake due to a problem with Blizzard's game and Wargame systrem.
i had things transferred from one of my toons to a new one. you must not not understand how much work goes into some twinks, and to lose it all due to a flawed system? its awful.
There are no flaws, he activated his experience gains, it takes to walk to a specific npc, and confirm twice. He should know what that mean if there is much "work" into his twink. Beside level 24 isn't 1000 exp points as far as I know, it's a long way to go. It's not one time. You haven't been asking what he had been doing with the rest of that level experience? When there was no experience lock, you had to be careful of what you were doing.
I have lost characters myself and I have accepted it. Getting items "transferred" is cheating. You have a cute named of calling it, "transfer". The only way to acquire soulbound items on a character is through looting and questing.

lol dude i made a ticket explained the situation and after a few tries the items were moved. if blizzard would have fixed the war-games feature he wouldn't even have to turn his experience on to queue so uh how is the system not flawed?

edit: I read somewhere recently that someone, after numerous tickets, decided to write that she had some sort of disability that made her vision blurry from time to time, and thus she had deleted a precious item of hers. It's a long shot, but everything counts in the fight against the tyrannical GM's!

I see what your trying to say, yes if it was his fault he should accept the fact that he messed up and move on... But, seing how he should not have gotten experience due to a flaw blizz hasent fixed, things should be made right. If it was his fault, then i can see why it would be a problem, but based on what he is saying, blizzard is at fault here.
