Well for one you could use TI's poll system.

Secondly the enchant changes mean nothing to twinks. Simply they are changing all current enchants to not be applicable to items over 600 ilvl, which will be pretty much all WoD gear.

And gems don't affect this bracket.

enchants we can use are changing again, it appears most BC enchants other than some scope and wpn enchants will be the best for brackets 70 and lower

Your miss understanding the changes..

There not making its so ILvL 600+ cant use as much encahnts, there taking out most enchants in general, making it so (A guess) 3-4 items can be enchanted

Also I use Strawpoll so people without a TI Account cant Vote, and its meant for more than 1 bracket to vote on, that why its not on TI's Poll, and why I added in gems
