20 vs 24 Haste Scaling

Goal: Trying to have a goblin warlock with max haste.
Would p2p enchants with 20 scaling and lower level be higher haste or items @ lvl 24.
If someone helps me figure this out or has a way I could find out this information myself I would be really grateful but I understand if it is an unknown answer.

Yeah, in a BG. That's why I thought it would be hard to figure out. Not counting class buffs or anything like that though. Just goblin, gear stats, and scaling when in a BG

In bg you can gain 1 more haste rating than a 24 can. And have less spp/crit than the 24 would have.

Edit: The 1 rating comes from sorcerer belt which scales to 6/6/6 as opposed to 24 who would have 5/5/5.

Another thing to note would be darkmoon robe of the sorcerer which scales to 4/4/4 I believe, granting you another +1 haste rating over a 24 using the same robe. -- Didn't include that in my initial post cause frankly you'd be quite daft to roll with Darkmoon Robe.

Alright thank you. Yeah, I am not too concerned about haste if it is only a 1 point difference while losing all that spp/crit. I will just go 24 then. Thank you for the posts guys

Yeah, the enchants have no difference in scaling, it's purely in gear, and there isn't much haste gear until WoD.

Have fun with it mate, I made a 100% haste setup on my 24 lock and it was pretty fun for pugging as demo with elemental force. Only thing I was missing was the darkmoon robe, but its overkill imo.
